Guidelines for Patrons
Parents are requested to:
- Ensure that your ward attends school regularly.
- Ensure sure that the child comes to school in neat uniform and a proper haircut. Fancy haircuts will not be allowed in school.
- Ensure that your child carries the text books and note books according to the time table for that day. Carrying extra books should be discouraged
- Inform the school, in case of a change in the address or the contact number.
- Help your child plan an appropriate study time table at home. Make sure that their child is sincere towards the examinations.
- Encourage your ward to make a balance between academics, co-curricular and sports.
- Help your child in selecting the One Sport and One Hobby to be pursued in school for 6 months. A child can change both, after gaining confidence in each i.e. after 6 months only
- In case of a leave, send a leave application when the child returns to school.
- Every student has to carry their school diary to school every day.
- Parents are requested to check their ward's diary and sign it every day.
- Parents are requested to carry the valid ID card while visiting the school. Anybody who comes to school to collect the child should carry the ID for identification.
- Parents should attend the Parents Teachers Meet regularly.
- The school does not support private tuitions. Parents should not encourage tuitions for their ward. The school boarding hours will provide sufficient remedial time to pull up the child from his/her low performance zone.
- Do not talk ill about the school or the teachers in front of your ward
- No student will be allowed to go home within school hours, without an authentic leave letter from the parent duly endorsed and sanctioned by the Principal.
- If your ward is absent from school, he / she has to make up for all the work missed during his / her absence
- Any missed assessment will not be taken later and the child will be marked absent.
- Parents are requested not to send their ward for an assessment, in case of any serious illness. If the child is sent then:
* The child will not be sent back after the test
* She/he will have to attend the full school - Co-operate with the school by upholding the name of the school and collaborating in whatever they may be able to do.
- If a child remains absent for 3 consecutive days after a vacation, without permission the name is liable to be struck off the roles
- In case of any clarification, please feel free to contact the school office any time.
We hope that our students will be able to transform themselves from what they are to what they can be in the coming years. We assure you that we will take utmost care of your wards safety, security education and development.
