Music

We at JMD World School Kanpur include music education as part of their curriculum. Students are encouraged to be introduced to both Indian classical and Western music, and they can learn about music theory, history, and appreciation. JMD World School offers vocal and instrumental training to help students develop their musical skills. This could include learning to play traditional Indian instruments like the sitar or tabla, as well as Western instruments such as the piano or guitar. We also encourage students to participate in choral activities, fostering teamwork and a sense of community. We also encourage our students to be involved in singing groups, or choirs or even participate in larger musical productions.
